By using the Heaven Scent website, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions which are in place.
Each product is individually handmade with love and time, effort and precision. Therefore, each product you receive may differ slightly to what is pictured. For example, the shade, design or colour. I do ensure, however, that each product is as high quality as the last.
REFUND POLICY
If you receive a product that you are unhappy with, please contact me as soon as possible and I will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue. If we cannot agree on a resolution, I am more than happy to refund you for the item, although the first contact must be within 10 days of receiving the product. I cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Please note, personalised items will only be eligible for a refund if the item is faulty or damaged.
SAFETY INFORMATION
CLP is provided with each product and lists the ingredients of said product. My contact details are on there incase of any emergency (ie the product has caused a skin reaction). SDS sheets are provided upon request. I use a 10% ratio, oil to wax.
Keep all wax melts and burners out of reach of children and pets. Do not burn wax melts in a drafty area. Ensure your burner is thoroughly cleaned out before replacing with a new wax melt.
